Info: If drawing the human head is one of the hardest things to do then drawing the human hand is definitely right up there. The hand is so complex and has so many different possible positions that one mistake may ruin an entire drawing. This was an early hand study I did where I tried to break down the hand into easily distinguishable shapes at the top and tried a simple line drawing of my hand at the bottom. Not the greatest picture, but it was an important step to take for me so that farther down the line I could produce more realistic pictures (which are also in this gallery).
