Info: This is a quick head study I did in my life drawing class. In the past I had always seemed to have an easier time doing profile shots because they required less measuring and proportioning in my mind than a straight portrait. Later I learned there was only some truth to that statement. Here I had already a good grasp of a profile shot and how to translate what I saw onto the page. It didn't come out too bad at all for the time I was given on it, and I like some of the details like the hair and the few deep shadows here and there.
